Ben C. Silverman is an entrepreneur in the film and tv business with experience as a manager, distributor and producer. Films which Ben has packaged or produced include: GOON, which received Canada’s Golden Box Office Award, SUMMERHOOD, which received Best Feature Film at the Canadian Comedy Awards, AT FIRST LIGHT which premiered at SXSW. Ben is the Executive Chair of the Toronto based feature film distribution company, LevelFILM which has distributed films such as PEANUT BUTTER FALCON, SCARBOROUGH, FAHRENHEIT 11-9, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE.
Ben is a founding partner of talent management firm, Navigation Media Group and the managing director of talent management company, Integral Artists, which specializes in representing Canadian talent: on camera, literary and below the line. He is a founding partner and the President of Timeless Pictures, a production and licensing, film and tv company based in Vancouver, BC. Ben volunteers in various capacities with the Whistler Film Festival, including as a mentor to the Indigenous Filmmaker Fellowship program. He is a long-time sponsor of Women in Film, as well as a dedicated anti-racist and LGBTQ+ rights advocate. Ben is a recipient of BC’s Top 40 Under 40 business award (BIV Magazine, 2019) and is a proud alumnus of the NSI Features First Program and UBC’s Creative Writing program. Ben lives in Vancouver, BC with his wife and 2 daughters.
Kathy Carpenter is a seasoned talent agent with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Kathy has always had a passion for the arts. Her father, an actor in Dublin, Ireland, instilled in her a love for the craft and inspired her to pursue a career in the field. Kathy began her career as an actress and worked in various productions, honing her skills and gaining valuable insights into the industry. Born on Vancouver Island, Candace grew up bicoastally in Halifax and Vancouver. She got her start in the industry at Kirk Talent Agency in 1997. After assisting at this busy agency in the late 90’s, Candace realized she had found her passion as a talent agent. Prior to this she studied arts at Langara College, Emily Carr University of Art and Design, and Capilano College.
She has developed an impressive, diverse roster of actors with her hands-on approach to talent management and strives to take her actors to the next level. Candace has strong relationships on both sides of the border and represents actors across Canada and internationally.
Josh came up as an actor in the Vancouver theatre scene, and eventually co-founding the popular and critically successful Main Street Theatre. He joined Integral as an agent in 2017 and brings his eye and expertise to developing new talent and pushing established ones.

Simona has worked in nearly every facet of the film industry since 2009 before joining Integral Artists in 2016 as an On-Camera Talent Agent where she is passionate about helping her clients thrive as working actors. In her spare time she leads an ultra exciting life by drinking tea and devouring books, playing with her adorable daughter Rosie, and discovering new craft beers with her husband.
Simona graduated with an Honours Degree in English Literature & Professional Writing at Concordia University, holds a Canadian Editors Certificate, completed her Film Production studies at UCLA, and obtained a screenwriting certificate from VFS.
Doreen Holmes has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, with nearly two decades of her career dedicated to working as a literary agent in film and television. Jody is a distinguished media professional with over 20 years of experience spanning television, motion pictures, and print media. A versatile talent, he’s held roles as a Producer, Director, Editor, and AD, enriching his understanding of the production process. His significant contribution as the Founder and former Editor in Chief of a notable film and television publication has shaped industry narratives. Today, Jody focuses on representing and fostering top-tier behind-the-camera talent across Canada.
Kicking off his film and television career in the late 90’s, Dani has continuously focused on building and maintaining relationships with like minded Production Talent, Producers and Studios. Over the years, Dani has grown his wealth of knowledge and experience working through the ranks across the country and around the world as a Producer, Production Coordinator and AD, until 2013, when he began working with Integral Artists as an Agent. For over 10 years now, he has passionately represented Canadian HOD/Key Creatives behind the camera, wherever they may reside. His early inspiration to join the biz was watching his favourite movie, Back to the Future, because “…the flux capacitor is what makes time travel possible…”, RIGHT!?
Jordan moved to Vancouver from Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2012, becoming Integral Artists’ first intern later that year. She went on to work as an assistant in both the on camera and literary departments before becoming an associate and now literary agent working with writers and directors across Canada. She holds a diploma in Entertainment Business Management and a degree in Political Science.
Max has always been about the music. Since age 15 he started learning jazz piano and has gone on to create a life based around his passion for music. After graduating from the Jazz Studies program at Capilano University he spent time performing / composing and producing which has lead him to performing across Canada and writing with Juno winning artist Shad, his original project Star Captains and many others. He also created his own music booking company, Zipursky Music Inc (2010) and joined IA in 2021 as an agent for Composers. With a background and love for music it was a natural fit and Max is excited to connect new and established Composers with productions who recognize music as an essential element to any film.
